Terms of Use
Thanks for visiting NJ Media Works. These Terms of Use cover your use of this website and provide some basic information about working with us.
We believe good working relationships start with clear expectations. If you become an NJ Media Works client, your specific project or ongoing services will be covered by a separate Service Agreement and project scope that explain exactly what we're doing together, what it costs, and what each of us can expect.
Using This Website
The NJ Media Works website is provided for general information about our work, services, and approach.
You're welcome to browse, share links to our pages, and contact us about working together. The original writing, branding, photography, graphics, design, and other creative work on this site belongs to NJ Media Works or its respective owners and shouldn't be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
Working With NJ Media Works
Information about services and pricing on this website is intended to help you understand what we offer. Your actual project will be defined by the proposal, Service Agreement, or scope of work we agree to together.
Those documents may cover things such as deliverables, timelines, payments, website ownership, hosting, ongoing support, revisions, cancellation, and responsibilities on both sides.
If there's ever a difference between something stated on this website and your signed Service Agreement, your Service Agreement controls.
Our Commitment
We take our work seriously and aim to deliver thoughtful, professional work with clear communication throughout the process.
Technology isn't perfect, though, and some parts of the websites we build or manage rely on services outside our control — things like hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms, payment processors, plugins, APIs, and other third-party technology.
When something within the services we manage goes wrong, we'll make reasonable efforts to identify the issue and help resolve it. We can't promise that every website or third-party service will operate without interruption, and we can't guarantee results controlled by outside platforms, including search rankings, email delivery, or third-party uptime.
Specific support and maintenance responsibilities will be outlined in your Service Agreement.
Your Content
If you work with NJ Media Works, we'll rely on you to provide accurate information and materials that you have permission to use — including copy, photographs, logos, trademarks, testimonials, product information, and other business content.
We'll take care in how those materials are implemented, and we'll ask you to review and approve your project before it goes live.
Third-Party Services
This website and the websites we create may use or link to services operated by other companies.
Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, licensing requirements, and availability. NJ Media Works isn't responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services, but when we're managing a website for you, we'll help navigate the technology included within the scope of our agreement.
No Guaranteed Business Results
Good design, thoughtful strategy, and a well-built website can create a strong foundation for a business, but no designer or developer can reasonably guarantee a particular amount of traffic, search visibility, leads, sales, revenue, or other business results.
We'll do the work we've agreed to do professionally and thoughtfully. The specific commitments we make to you will be documented in our Service Agreement.
Privacy
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through this website is collected and handled.
Changes to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms as NJ Media Works and its services evolve.
Changes to these website Terms do not replace or modify an existing client's signed Service Agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
